I’ve decided to give away a free model of a Italian styled archway. It is in VOB and OBJ format.
Please feel free to use this model as you see fit. Just dont be an arse and try and sell it or claim it as your own.
I’d love to know how you used this model, so feel free to show me what you did with it.
Archway - OBJ format (911) and Archway - VOB format (809)
If you are having trouble with the model, try turning down the bump a little bit, and turning down the smoothing level.

A model as part of my MSc Work, of a Medieval Refuse Bin.
Created based on Archaeological references in Lightwave 9.6 and Rendered in Vue 9 Infinite.
More progress on the Medieval Cathedral.
Work being carried out in Lightwave 9.6, rendered here in vue 9 Infinte.
Still needs another section of building on the side, where it looks empty, and the back needs to be done, becuase at the moment its just a big hole.
The top of the roof looks a little fuzzy becusae the detail is a little small and it just confuses the camera rather than looks nice. cant win em all.
More work on the second medieval cathedral
yesterdays post for more information

The second of two map reconstructions of the town of Norrköping, this time 80 years later in 1719.
The difference in the town from the previous upload of mine, Norrköping 1640 is really very prominent due to the fact that it had burnt to the ground somewhere imbetween.
This map reconstruction shows the state of Norrköping shortly before it was raised to the ground again by the invading Russian Army.
The town burnt down a number of times afterwards as well, leading to the banning of wooden houses.
Each block represents a settlement area/block. Eventually im hoping to reconstruct the buildings with as much accuracy as possible on these maps, but for now its more as an architectural model than anything.
The weird star thing in the corner is a fort.
A basic reconstruction of Norrköping in 1640 based on maps made available, very kindly, by the
