Today I called e-on to ask about my response to John Canver (as seen in my previous post), and was told that I would have a response by the end of the day.
I am however not hopefull as I have yet to see anything. Starting to get rather annoyed by this, I would be less agrieved if they would just communicate with me, or at least acknowledge that they have recieved my files.
If I have not recieved a sensible reply by tommorrow morning (Swedish Time) I shall be ringing to ask for my money back for the Exporter module.
For a company that relies on sales, it should be expected that they would try and appease their customers rather than distance themselves from us.
And this comes with rumours that the update to vue 7.5 will be a paid update (295 dollars?!!). How on earth can any company expect its customers to pay for a product when their previous one is so flawed and even hope to make any sales?
